Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, secure pets, and keeping people and pets away during service. Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all services are provided without an express warranty. Normal wear, coat condition, and weather-related effects are not considered defects.
